Are these the same?

So, I'm shopping around to find the cheapest place to get 2 more of the exact same monitor I already have, and this monitor on superbiz looks exactly the same, but the name is slightly different. Is it the same and just misnamed, or is it actually different?

The second one on superbiz is 23.6"

Why a TN panel anyway?

The 248 is bigger

The second one on superbiz is 23.6"

I am assuming that the 23.6 is the actual screen area without the bezel, and the 24 on newegg is including the bezel. Looking at the pictures, it literally looks exactly the same, base, buttons, same ports, etc.

 

And a TN panel because that's what I currently have, and it's cheap.
