Best value Laptop/tablet with digitiser?

Looking for a friend who just needs a lower spec laptop convertible that she could use with a digitiser. I have the thinkpad Yoga myself and it is quite hard to get a hold of in Australia and I do not think the Surface pro 3 is the best option either. Any other good laptops that have these attributes?

I have the Surface Pro 3 and it's quite good for using it with the digitizer, but using it as a laptop is not that great, since it is always a two spec process to set it up and it is very top heavy because of the light keyboard compared to the screen.
