Windows partition going missing

Hello wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I have, I asked yesterday and no luck

 

I have got a computer I am working on and fixing for someone and I have had it sent back with the same problem twice now, this being the third. What is happening is the partitions on the SSD in the computer are deleting themselves and two others are being created, that are about 4GB and 2GB which are both empty. I used Spotmau Bootsuite 2012 to delete these "extra" and recover the needed ones. This works then Windows needs the BCD recreating, which I did, then the computer is back to normal and working.

 

So I give the computer back to the person and it is fine for a while, few days later I received a call with the same problem, they said they were converting all of their audio files to a different format, not sure why but, they have been doing this every time before this problem happened. Another thing, the converting software is DVD Videosoft Audio Converter and Foobar200 with add-on.

 

Also Windows is installed on the SSD and all of the documents, videos and pictures have been relocated to be on the HDD, and all programs that can be moved are on the HDD, thats how they asked for it, they wanted to keep space free on the SSD.

So I am able to fix the problem but I am trying to work out what is the cause to the problem to prevent it happening again.
