The reason i am building this i because i wanted to play a few of the lastest games such as Dragon Age Inquistion, Shadow of Mordor, etc at 1080p and want to last at least 4-5 years

I would get a cheaper i5 and save up for a GTX 970. Also you can even get a 500w PSU.

remove the WD RED and go for a blue or a black one. The red has benefits for RAID configs but none whatsoever on simple configs

 

edit: also the stock cooler would be just fine on your cpu you wont be overclocking anyways
