I am all set to buy my new GTX 970

i am looking at the EVGA SSC edition because of its quiet operation, sleek design and great customer service

I will be overclocking and i an going to buy from http://www.bhphotovideo.com/find/cart.jsp

i don't like gigabytes implementation on the wind force card, and the G1 gaming it just too expensive

It this the best option for the price that fits my needs?

By design comparisons and such,...SSC 'can' run hotter than other companies similar products, however still great products,.

Hotter, yet still under the 80*c driver set limit.

Not a bad card by any means!

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

This card is a beautiful choice. EVGA is the best GPU board partner and has the best customer service. Go for it :) .
