Weird Project64 Issue?

Hey guys, so I'm trying to use Poject64 to play N64 games and I am having a really weird issue. I can't set up my Xbox One controller no matter what I try to do. It basically sets every input to X Axis + whether I use the Analog stick or the Triggers, the only thing that works are the D-Pad and buttons. The controller is perfectly fine and functions perfectly in actual games like Dark Souls 2 Darksiders and Fable.

I don't beleive they offer support for controllers. At least, I never was able to get any of mine to work with it.
