You're probably not going to get a decent gun for that price. Maybe an average pistol or a cheapish plastic gun from Walmart.

 

I'd go with this pistol:

yeah, going uber cheap isn't worth it. Pick up something at good starting price, and see how you like the story/gun/all the rest, before really investing :) 

 

something like This or this, realise they're in the wrong country/currency, but i can vouch for both guns, so they're a good place to start looking around :)

I like the look of some MP5Ks, a nice middle ground between a pistol and a fully auto SMG

 

Sadly Airsoft isn't legal here so I haven't been able to try any

Looking for a rifle with good mid range (20-30 feet) accuracy, aprox 300-500fps, and .12g pellets. Know any good ones?

thats close range, and id go with Lancer Tactical MK18
