Fans for Switch 810

So I'm in need of replacing the fans in my Switch 810, the 120mm fans are starting to seize up pretty bad and the 140mm fans feel like they don't move enough air. 

8 Case fans total:
5x140mm 
3x120mm

I'm trying to go with a Mono Chrome color scheme for my build so Noctua is Already out of the question even though I like their fans.

Controlling DC or PWM fans won't be an issue since my board can control both. White LED fans are preferred(thats if LED fans are recommend) as that's how I do my case light I personally think it looks better but that's just me. Also for the front intake its 2 850RPM AF fans which is currently blocked by my HDD Bays.

So I would greatly appreciate recommendations for fans

Maybe Rosewill Hyperboreas? (@TheSLSAMG help me out, I don't remember how to spell that), Air 540 stock fans (they're pretty nice, TBH), or Arctic F12 PWM fans (I have an F8 and it's glorious).

Spelled it perfectly.

 

They come in either 120MM or 140MM varieties, and they're near silent even when turned up.
