youtube playback issues

hey guy's I've started having a weird issue when playing youtube videos the past few days, around 30 to 40 seconds in it will glitch causing noticeable lag and a weird audio glitch for a second then it will resume and be fine for about another minute and then repeat.

 

Just wondering if you guys have experienced anything like this before or have any ideas to stop it.

which browser you are using?

 

adobe flash updated?

 

disable hardware acceleration for adobe flash

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Chrome mostly tried Firefox as well and same thing was happening although I went in and uninstalled some dell crap that was installed in the past couple of days and it appears to have stopped (finally, this has been driving me round in circles and annoying me to no end) but I shall keep you updated and cross my fingers
