Hey eveyone,

I just finish this build I intent to do, and I wonder if everything is okay and if maybe I've missed something or could have do something better.

I already have the power supply and the case. And I'm going to use a 1 TB WD HDD I already have.

- This is for gaming in ultra settings at 1080p

- I am going to use my current Windows 8.1

- I intend to have an GTX970 SLI in the future, so I'm not going to buy another power supply now.

- The CPU Cooler is more for the aesthetics.

- I pretend to overclock this build once I learn how do to it very well.

- I don't live in the US so maybe some of the prices are different but I appreciate suggestions anyway.

It looks good for the present but I guess if you intend to SLI, theres really tight space on the PSU unless you don't tend to overclock the 970 it then you should be good.

If you wanna go SLI in the future get a 750W PSU

yeah I'm inclined to agree. It might work, but it probably won't work well. If you already have the PSU, I would just wait it out and see if it can handle two cards. If it doesn't at least you knew ahead of time that might be the case.

Only suggestion would be the ASUS GTX 970 STRIX. I love me some silent-ish GPU's. But it doesn't matter; plus it's red/black will match the theme.

The Cooler Master V8 GTX (166.5mm) is too tall for the case (max 165mm). Noctua NH-U12S is just slightly less efficient, but quieter. Noctua NH-U14S is much better and quieter.

Is there going to be an ssd and/or hdd in the build?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Thanks for that observation! :) I forgot to mention I'm using an WD HDD I already have.
