Choosing M2 Drive

So loving the PC at the moment. running a MSI Z97 Gaming5 MB, with a Corsair Neutron GTX 240gb.

Its fast and awesome, but when building this machine i was planning doing a M2 drive just for windows. some between 64gb-80gb

since M2 is supposed to be crazy fast, or would it be more worth it to just throw in a second 120gb Neutron GTX (Will least look really good in the S340 case)

So here is my question. Which of the M2 drives on this site would you suggest.

Thanks guys :) was hoping for the 10Gb/s speed :'(
