Create local BF4?

So I got the original (non-pirated game) and when I start the application it opens browser and sends me to battlelog where I can select servers.

But I can't see any empty servers and I wanna practise flying w/o getting raped every second...so is there any ways to join a local server like in BF2?

You have to rent a server I think. Or use the Test Range.

you can join the test range. you can find that in battlelog under multiplayer, Play now or something

I didn't dare to press play now cuz last time I played BF2 it dropped me to a random server with 60+ players
