Ok so my Windows 7 keeps crashing when it gets to the little windows animation during boot, I dont know if that is a fault with the windows install itself or with my boot drive.

Did it start doing it bu itself or you changed something?

by itself, it waas fine the day before yesterday and now it wont boot its crashing at the windows logo

hmm, try taking out cmos battery for 30 secs and then insert it back in, see if that helps

I would try booting into safe mode and then doing a system restore to a date when it was working.

Wont boot in safe mode  either crashes also.

Its sounds like a corrupted windows install or a broken driver. You may need to reinstall windows to fix it.
