My budget is low.. So what would be a config for my price range? I want a i7 4790k because i will not be upgrading within the next 5 years....soo i want the latest possible processor

I will use my pc. Slightly for gaming and editing... Expect that ill use it for web browsing...

Well since you ask for the 4790k this is my build with it http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yfXMrH.But the build that you should go with is this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jfXMrH it is a much better well rounded system the 4790k doesn't fit your budget at all and it is not necessary.
