 Dell Dimension 1100 Shutdown problem 

I shutdown in windows vista home premium 32 bit and it just restarts the machine 

Any help thanks, i do need to install a audio driver but this shouldn't affect the ploblem

Update the BIOS and install any chipset drivers.
