Evolve crashes when getting into a match

i5 4570, msi b85 g41 8gb ddr3 gtx 970.  I am playing on the highest settings and when i laod a game, the first time it crashes it said I ran out of memory, so the second time i joined a match i monitered my ram usage and it didn't run out.  but it still crashed and said something about directx hung or somethings.  What is going on.

I can help with programming and hardware.

dxdiag error hung, cry engine error, are also some keywords
