a passively cooled media center? those cards put out so little heat you could most likely put it on a 240MM rad with no fans

Or you could just get a decent aftermarket cooler that will be more than likely more quiet. Or just get a completely silent passive cooler which is entirely possible.

yeah, but you still have fans spinning and that is still loud

a i3, 750ti water cooled and a ssd could make a silent and powerful gaming rig and entirely passive

You do know that there are passively cooled 750ti's right? They would be a lot cheaper and do the same job.
