I was reluctant to make a new topic out of this, because I have a considerable amount of experience overclocking, and this seems like a childish inquiry.  I'm currently running my 4670k @ 4.5Ghz. on 1.285V.  Now, when running Aida64, Intel Extreme Stress Test, and other stability tests, it makes it through without any BSOD's or thermal throttling.  But, as soon as I stress my 780 Ti at the same time, my programs become unresponsive.  After a few moments of unresponsiveness it will give me a BSOD.

My thoughts were that my CPU is stable, but my power supply is insufficient.  Mind you, that the power supply I'm using is temporary, it's a CX600 from Corsair.

Any input would be helpful.

Yeah, you are probably capping your PSU out.

Holy crap, I had the same problem. I used to have a Corsair CX600 with a 4.7 GHz OC'ed FX-8320 and an R9 270, and I could run a stress test on either one by itself just fine, but when I start both up, it just freezes. Although in normal usage such as BF4 gaming, no crashes. I haven't tried it with my new HX750.

I had a similar setup.  i5-4670k + EVGA GTX 780 SC paired with a CX600M.  I have since upgraded, but back when I had the 600M, I had no problems overclocking both CPU and GPU.  CPU would do 4.7Ghz @ 1.275v and GPU was a really bad overclocker, and wouldn't go higher than +50Mhz even with +62Mv.  I have since upgraded to the EVGA SuperNOVA G2, and I continue to have no problems.

Maybe try and leave your GPU at stock voltage?  I'm having a hard time believing the PSU isn't supplying enough voltage.
