Money Saving Tips?

Due to a complication on my part, I ordered two motherboards and could only afford one. I payed the person who ordered the extra one, for only the first. Now I have to sell the item on eBay because of my lack of cash and how much it costs to RMA an item with Newegg. I just spent a lot of money upgrading my build but due to this fumble, I have to wait at least a week until I could get a PSU adequate enough to power it all. I need to get this PSU or everything I just bought is a bunch are a bunch of paperweights. What do you recommend. The PSU cost's $40 and I have only $15 I can spend. I could maybe find some money lying around the couch or something like that, but I need $25 to get that PSU. What do you guys recommend, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Edit- I can make money during the summer mowing lawns, great source of summer cash for things like this, but in the winter I'm kind of stranded.

Either suck it up and wait until you can afford it. Or sell something you own to a friend or whatever. The only other option is to start peddling your arse on the street for cash, or hand jobs. Whatever floats your boat.

Whatever you do, do not use any of those short term money lenders, such as Wonga or whatever you have in your country. You end up losing out in the end, and if you fail to pay them back on time you are buggered, and will be an even worse scenario.

I had to go without my PC, for about a couple weeks, twice. As i didn't have enough cash to straight away order a replacement. Once because my PSU died on me, the other my monitor crapped out.
