Will everything work correctly? DO I have enough cables for all the components on the power supply I chose? And will everything I chose be compatible?

i would get an r9 290x, you save like 200$ and it performs 75% as good

 

why do you want an gtx 980 to power a 1600x900 monitor???? a 960 can max out anything at that resolution

 

and where is the CPU at?

Drop the 980 and buy a 970.

With the saved money from that purchase a good $300 1920x1080 display.

The power supply will be fine. It has everything you need.

Get windows from reddit.com/r/Microsoftsoftwareswap and put the savings towards a 1080p monitor

the 1 thing raising the price is the cpu you forgot... and any monitor will do i just picked ips 5ms and 1080p
