PSU issue?

Hey all,

 

so I made a post in the mobo board because I have a pc that isn't posting. for the sake of testing i pulled the power supply out of my current comp and plugged it into the new mobo, lo and behold, i get my splash screen.

 

So, now that the PSU has been determined to be the cause, I began testing it. (I will say this, I did de-pin and sleeve all of my cables, so I am aware that a. the warranty is void, and b. i may have screwed up in re-pinning it). So, I tested, and everything seems to check out. I get 3.3v where I need it, I get grounds where they're supposed to be, and 5 and 12v where they're supposed to be as well.  On top of that, the only two pins on the 24 pin on my PSU that aren't pinned are grounds, so in theorey, everything should be where it's supposed to be... right?

It sounds like the PSU is faulty, internally.

I'd recomend just buying a new one.
