I did and it worked but I tried to click back up and restore on my computer and it doesn't load anything up.

Are you trying to restore your PC from a backup?

I had this problem on windows 8.1 recently. Eventually I just went into safe mode, put everything I could on a flash drive, and cleared my hard drive.
