Help choosing a laptop

Hello, I am looking for a new laptop.

 

My budget is $1000. I am located in Vancouver. I am looking for a quiet laptop (32 > decibel idle), 1920 x 1080 resolution, Haswell processor.

 

I would be using this laptop mainly for web surfing.

 

That is basically it. Any help would be appreciated.

Not for the price range. They do have this though which is that, but is open box.

I'm partial to Asus, because I have had excellent luck with them, but I'll look at other brands too.
