I read that the tool you are using just increases the temps so much, try prime95 or aid64.

I would unscrew the cooling block and reapply thermal paste and resit the cooling block. If that does not help, just turm down your overclock. If you are only gaming, that wont change anything

Cpu:i5-4690k Gpu:r9 280x with some other things

Maybe you should go to BIOS reset to default(You can oc after everything's normal),and take down your cpu aio cooler, hold the radiator and shake a bit to see if there's any liquid inside, maybe it's dry out.

If not, reapply thermal paste see if temperature drops.

I should stop using the Computer at those temps! wat does the bios say about the cpu temps?

Troubleshooting

1 Bios reset

2 unscrew the fan of the cpu and place it back up

3 apply new paste

4 Undo software OC and test again

5 clean the computer maybe dust
