This is the pc I am planning to build. I'd like to know if there is any problem of compatibility??????

Also I'd like to do 2 way crossfire in the future, so should I get that PSU but 650W?

Looks good to me. Not so much value but parts go good together. What games or other things are you going to do with the computer?

And if you want to get another R9 290 in the future you would have to upgrade power supply. But even for one I would recommend a 750w.

Not for a 290, you can do 3 way 970s off 850, but you cant do 2 290s off that
