i'm guessing you are wondering for fan side up/fan side down differences. you can do both ways just fine in this case, it just comes down to preference.

 

fan side up creates some airflow inside your case, fan side down creates a small seperate airflow system for your power supply.

 

if your pc is on a carpet, or something else that'll cut off airflow to the bottom, fan side up is the way to go.

 

if theres airflow to the bottom of the case, fan side down is the way to go, it gives the power supply its own dust filter, it takes fresh air from outside the case, and doesnt interfere with the airflow of GPU fans.
