Update loop ( Please Help )

I just installed windows 8 and i had some updates. I installed all of the 130 updates then it said i needed to restart computer. When i am starting up again it says

 

" Failure configuring Windows updates. Reverting changes. Do not turn off computer " 

 

I had this on over night but when i woke up i was at desktop again. Then i checked windows update and all of the 130 updates failed installing. Now i can't install updates without this happening again. If you know how to fix it please help me

you need to clear your windows update temp files.

Delete the content in the following 2 folders.

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

 

Reboot, Then run windows update again.
