Install Windows 8 need help PLS

hi. i had a very bad issue. check my thread. HERE

 

not many people seemed to help me on that one. i did it all on my own. i have the Laptop hard drive fixed now.i formated it using my DEsktop pc and its now showing all the storage. its fine now.phew...

 

i have a USB thumb drive bootable to windows 8 setup. now, the problem is that when i connect this formated drive to my laptop, it shows in the bios, but it says NO BOOTABLE DEVICE, CLICK OK

 

it even happens when the usb drive is connected from which i have to install windows.

 

in the bios settings, in the boot menu, i dont see any option to select. can some one help me what to do now?

 

i have also deleted the Drive test drive which was created by the CMD Format i did just now. so, now there is no partition on the hard drive.

 

 

can some one help me what to do now to install the windows on my laptop?

 

i will be grateful....

Are you plugging it into USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 port? 

NO NO NO NO... u dont understand.

 

 

its a laptop hard drive, that was inside the laptop, i was fool enough to connect it with the connector of ANOTHER seagate external hard drive which caused all the issues.

 

 

NOW i have formated the LAPTOP DRIVE. its empty with like 460GB free space (its a 500Gb laptop hard drive internal one).

 

now how to install windows on this? i have connected it INSIDE the laptop now, and it says no bootable drive.

From what I understand the problem is actually the usb and not the HDD. The hdd isn't bootable since windows isn't installed on it.

Desktop: 16gb Ram, i7-2600k, GTX 560 OC.    Laptop: i7, 8gb DDR3, 840m GPU

Server 1 (Files and AD): i3 3220, 4gb DDR3, 1TB Western Digital Blue, Overkill motherboard I got for free (better than main computer) changed to xeon, don't remember exactly what but xeon version of the processor  and 8gb ECC Ram   Server 2 (games): 8gb Ram, i5, Geforce 710m

well thanks all, i have made the usb bootable again from scratch. the usb was teh problem. its installed. Thanks Allah. and thanks all :D
