I have an ASUS X99 Deluxe that I am very happy with.  Is there any way to disable the power to usb peripherals when the system is off?  I have a DAC and USB mic which both have LED’s that will stay on unless I unplug them.  I have searched through the BIOS with no luck, any suggestions?

Wait how can your system be powering your USB hubs when it is off?!?!

Are you using windows 8.1? Off the fast start up option
