Cheap Gaming Build Help?

1. Budget & Location
~$600 CAD. I'm in a unique situation because I cannot use Newegg, or any other place that doesn't ship to a P.O box. I live in Canada, Manitoba. In a rural location.
 

2. Aim
Web browsing, Skyrim, League Of Legends, CS:GO, and a few other non intensive games. Would love to be able to record matches, ect. On my current computer I have to choose between browser, league, and skype. I can't have more than 2 programs open. 

3. Monitors
Have one, 1080p BenQ G2320HDB, might consider upgrading to two in the future so I could be watching a stream while playing the game I want to play. 
 

4. Peripherals
I have all mine, including a monitor, just need build parts and an OS.

5. Why are you upgrading?
My current computer sucks, and it's starting to show its age (8 year old PC).
