So i just had an issue not long ago where it seemed that my GPU crashed and the screen flickered and this this showed up of what looks like some type of crashing screen.

and now I think my screen is starting to flicker very rapidly and is quite noticeable on my desktop.

GPU is a ASUS R9 270

Motherboard:: Asus Maxiumus ROG Crosshair VII AM4     Ram:: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)     SSD:: Intel 730 series 240Gb SSD
 GPU:: ASUS GTX 1080 8GB ROG Strix     CPU:: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x @3.70GHz   COOLING:: NZXT Kraken x72 AiO, 3x Thermaltake Riing Plus

Does it only happen under peak load or randomly? 

It just happened randomly and has happened a while ago but i didn't think much of it. the flickering is always though

welp if its not the monitor and if you've already tried to re-install video drivers then its looks like its time to play the RMA game. 

Im starting to think its the monitor.. and what is RMA?
