I wouldn't upgrade at all to be honest.  If you do want an upgrade though, upgrade the GPU for better performance in games.

if you ABSOLUTELY *need* an upgrade, theres 3 paths to go:

if you're a multitasker, get an i7 and maybe some extra ram.

if you dont multitask *that* much, update graphics in one of two ways:

- if you dont mind SLI: get a second 770.

- if you hate SLI just as much as i do, get a better GPU and try selling on this one, or keep it as a spare.

(y'know in case a friend's gpu dies, or a steambox/media center from spare parts in one or two years)

but really i dont think you need an upgrade at this point, i'd suggest waiting one generation (for cpu or GPU, depending on what you need most)

Hmm... those specs. You shouldn't really upgrade. Wait for the 3XX series, it's coming in 2~3months

If absolutely want to, get a 290x XF for a reall performance jump. Or SLI 970.
