a new GPU, SSD and HDD would be a great upgrade. you'll need a new motherboard if you plan on upgrading the CPU though.

I think you should perhaps go with a GTX 960 over a 760. They run colder and support newer Nvidia features like DSR and MFAA.

INTEL CORE I5 4670K | NVIDIA GTX 980 | NOCTUA NH-L9i | GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI | KINGSTON 120GB V300

CM STORM QUICKFIRE TK | BENQ XL2420TE | ROCCAT SAVU | FRACTAL DEFINE R4

Get a GTX 960, and get an SSD. The CPU is fine, provided the PSU is 80+ Certified it's fine enough, and... you're not using DDR2 RAM are you? If so you may want to bump up the clock on those things, if your motherboard can do it (I assume it can with your K-series CPU).

A 120GB SSD is fine unless you need more space for apps, in which case I suggest going for a 250GB or 512GB SSD. Use the old HDD for auxiliary storage - pictures, video, things like that.

I belive its DDR3,

But its to a budget gaming computer, forgot to write that
