SSD problem

Is my SSD dying? When i started my pc, it gave me a warning that said theres something wrong with the Windows.exe When i got it to start it froze to desktop. Third time it only gave black screen. I let it be with out power for 5 minutes and tried again, it gave me a warning that said Windows wasn`t recovered properly. I klicked restart anyway and it restarted normally. Now i`m writing this text whit it. What is/was wrong?

I think it was just a glitch. If it works perfectly fine now then nothing to worry about, but if it happens a lot, then let us know.

Now when i try to start it, it wont go even to bios. Also usb's dont give any power. Motherboard dead?

Also my monitors stay black as normal because they dont get any kind of signal.

Now it works normaly again. Dont know why and how.
