I was wondering if anyone can edit this photo slightly for me, I wanted to take out the white background of the photo and leave a transparent background, and also take out the horizontal line mid-photo. I would do it myself but currently have no software to do it:

I can recommend downloading GIMP. It's free, and will allow you to do the necessary.

Kinda, I was hoping you'd take out the line horizontally through the center of the R, but this can work. I'd use GIMP but I've had problems with it crashing my computer in the past almost every time I launch it (Really odd)

I tried blurring the lines using SAI (because the blur on SAI is stupendous) but it's going to take more skill than I have with it.

Let me see if I can't do it another way....

I noticed the upper part of the image was just a lot brighter. I cut it in two along the line and lowered brightness on the upper half. Done :)
