Quick Windows 10 Preview Help?

Can I use an ISO (Windows 10 technical Preview) from November? I mean, Will it update to the latest build after the install?

Yes but it will take an ass load of updates. First you must run the regular windows update. And later you have to change the update frequency from slow to fast if you want to update to the latest. 

so it's better to just download the latest iso?

Yes. It so much better. Because if you try updating the old build it will update to a slightly newer one and then to a newer one and then again to a newer one until it reaches the latest one.
