So I am overclocking my X99 build and I currently am stress testing with the 5820k @4.5GHz (1.295v) and I was wondering what is the limit to what I should overclock... I do NOT mean how far my chip can go, but rather how far can i go until this starts to reduce the lifespan of my processor.

From what I've seen, people have been recommending 1.30 volts as the recommended max for x99. It really depends on your temperatures. It's most likely just fine, though. If you can keep 1.295v cool and you have a stable overclock at 4.5 Ghz, you're probably just fine.
