Pros and cons

I will listen music watch movies and surf most.

Note 4.

Much better battery life. Slightly smaller and thus more portable. Stylus if you ever become bored and want to draw or annotate something.

In my option, Note 4 hands down. If you're going with a phablet, the note 4 utilities the screen size so much better. It also has better battery life, nicer screen and way better camera. Though you do have to put up with slow or non existence updates.

Nexus 6 .

Because ,

curved back :- easier to hold

Stock android :- much better user experience.

Front facing speakers :- awesome sound

Led surrounding the camera :- better illumination.

Qhd screen :- awesome for watching movies.

Latest android :- much better than KitKat .

Faster updates :- latest android to show off !

( showing off is the most important part !! )

Made by Motorola :- second best build quality after Nokia phones . ( almost a tank )

Water resistant :- can use in the shower

Its a nexus :- its a nexus !!!

Not made by Samsung :- no bloatware and poor build quality .

Note 4 - has the best screen on any phone and far better camera

Note 4: Stylus, better screen more "optimized OS" to drag and move around apps, removable battey and back, micro sd card, better camera, touch id and the back health thing (if that matters at all for you). The biggest thing for me there would be the camera, micro sd card and removable battery.

 

Nexus 6: Clean vanilla android, Curved back, front facing speakers,  turbo charger (but I think the Note 4 either comes with something like it or you can purchase it for extra), probably a cheaper price. The Nexus 6 is the phone I will be getting because of stock android but if your looking at the features next to the Note 4 I will admit the Note 4 wins.
