CSGO missing headshot

So when i hit someone with a headshot a red big X shows. I think that means its missing some material? There are some missing vgui errors in the console. Anyone have an idea wich file is it?

Right click on CS GO in steam,
Click on Properties,
"Verefy game cache"

It will see if you have any missing files and replace them.

Could be a custom server that turned HS off ?

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi
