how big is that W8 pro file?

So I made an account a while back but never used it then reinstalled it and now it says that I have no space left. On top of that, it says that I've used 4.2gb of 2gb...

Is this just a scam to get people to buy the upgrade thing?

What ever it was, I deleted it. It's all good now.
