Hi people. This is my upcoming under US$1500 build though I will be using my old graphics card and getting another to SLI. Do tell me where are the weak parts and try to post a better under 1500 build here!

I7 4790K

ASUS Maximus VI hero

2 way ASUS GTX 970 strix (1 old)

H100I

Vengeance Pro 8GB DDR3-2600 RAM

Crucial MX100 128GB(for essentials and OS)

Seagate barracuda 1TB

Corsair 450D

Corsair CX600

ASUS DVD reader

Microsoft 8.1

ASUS PCE-AC68

NZXT Sentrey 3 fan controller

All the fans using the corsair SP series

Where do you think should I put my H100i radiator at? Thx for all the help (sorry cause I accidentally posted before completing the post)

Hey there, welcome to the forums.

Well there's more to a build then those components, what PSU are you using?

Although those parts are pretty damn good though.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

Yeah, look looks to be a great build!

You could maybe get slower speed ram and save some penny or even make that money stretch that into a 16 gb kit. Anything over 1600 is a overkill.

yeah h100i at the top is pretty standard, Although maybe putting it in the front would be good too.

Those two gpus will be kicking a lot of heat out which would end up going out through the rad and heating it. By taking air in though the rad, through the front this may be avoided. If It fits :P If not don't worry, that's just streamlining, the too would work fine.
