What could you suggest me to buy or replace

Currently I have this parts:

I5-4670

Gigabyte H87n Wifi

Palit GTX 980

Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer

Seasonic X850w

Corsair Air240

What case do you suggest and do you guys think that its better for me to replace the processor? Im planning to have my motherboard replaced with a matx but what board could you suggest?thanks sorry still a newbie at this...if you have any questions please ask them so I could learn also and grow thanks!
