Mini-Itx Next computer build (Looking for feedback)

Go to solution Solved by Imakuni,

This looks pretty good. There are only 3 things I'd change:

  1. The GPU brand. Did you know: MSI 970 Gaming 4G is more powerfull, cooler, makes less noise and costs just as much (if not less) than the Asus Strix?
  2. The PSU. Get a cheaper, 500W PSU. Maybe even a 430W! Did you know: Linus, with a gtx 980 (that consumes more power) and a 4930k OCed (that consumes A LOT more power) only pulled 230w from the wall? Yeah.... 430W 80+gold it is!
  3. The CPU. We saved some nice money from above. Maybe step up to a 4690k, or an i7-4770 (locked)? If needed, step the Ram down to 2x4gb, so you can get a better CPU. It'll be worth it.

EDIT: I just checked the prices on the Asus. Just... WOW. It was going for 348.99, and now it's going for 329,99! Man... that's too good to pass.

So I have done some looking into and have created my next computer build, ITX form factor as i go to lans a lot.  Im just looking for community feedback and if there are things i could perhaps cut down on or take other routes with.

Case: Corsair Graphite Series CC-9011061-WW Black Steel / Plastic Mini-ITX 380T Portable Mini ITX Case

Motherboard: ASRock B85M-ITX LGA 1150 Intel B85 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CML16GX3M2A1600C10R

GPU: ASUS STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5 GeForce GTX 970 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support G-SYNC Support Video Card

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600 BX80646I54460

PSU: Antec TruePower Classic series TP-650C 650W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Power Supply

Storage: SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE500BW 2.5" 500GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

The storage is perfect for me as far as size.  I'm currently only using around 200gb of storage with games like league of legends, GW2, SC2, and my steam library, so 500gb ssd seemed like a good fit to grow into. I also already have a good monitor and other peripherals.

Finally all of the pieces are from newegg, so if there are other offers elsewhere id love to know too. In all its $1,280

first if you are going with a build that has a gtx 970 and a core i5, why b85 regardless of the cheaper price.

nexti would have went with the 250D but what ever

lasly you may want to read up on thaty power supply just to be sure it is good
