So what's the best AIO CPU water cooler in general at about the £100 $150 mark? Was going to get a Corsair H110 and put Noctua NF-A14 FLX fans in pull outtake. Can be 280mm.

Try Kraken X61 if it is not over your budget :) I have it and love it... I changed from a H110 to X61

If you can get your hands on one the RAIJINTEK TRITON 100.5 CFM Sleeve Bearing Liquid is probably the best one out there right now and is only $71.99 here in the US. The only problem is when there is stock they sell out fast because of how good they are.

And you can easily expand that thing with a gpu block and radiator to go full watercooling.
