New Gaming PC Build

Hi everybody, I'm looking to build a PC dedicated to LAN parties. Obviously, form factor is the most important thing, (Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX would be best). Thermals aren't too important to me, as long as they're within respectable limits. Budget is $1200 and I would like the performance to be comparable to my main system (4790k, 2x R9 280x's in crossfire). Thanks for your help. :D
