ive been trying to type right for a long time now, and since i just hit a solid 60 WPS, i think its time for me to try and type right again, since last time didnt go that well

this is my (very) bad habbit of writing as of right now

SWEDISH_ACK260.jpg

as you can see, my index finger is the one i first started typing with, but since my last time trying to optimize my typing i managed to use my ring finger, and middle finger for a little more without thinking about doing it everytime i write something

my question is, does anyone know a program/website/tips that will help me learn to use the right fingers for the right things, or is the only way to achive this just to think about it every time i write something, the only website i know of is 10fastfingers, and typeracer

If you have to think about it...that will hold you up..

There is a right way to type ...so they say......, but even with that standard, everyone uses how THEY prefer anyway within a very short time........ there is Speed VS Accuracy to consider, if your accuracy is 99-100% and your speed is getting better and better, then who cares how you did it...

Training with Games?

(Set Hard Difficulty and you'll be faster in no time at all)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I sat around 70WPM for a long time from playing Runescape since I was really young, after playing a lot of TypeRacer and getting a mechanical keyboard I average about 110WPM (have done 140WPM or so before), so maybe you can play some more of that. I personally find it really fun.

I think websites can only guide you to what you should be doing. Breaking out of your current habit is all your own.

I'd recommend maybe a clicker to keep count of how many times you use the wrong finger.

That said.. It isn't that big a deal. I think I managed 100 wpm back when my right hand was slanted across the keyboard and I was using my index finger to hit the spacebar. :P

yeah, iv played a lot of typing of the dead (the original) when i tried to train it in last time, and i remember its training mode (100% accruacy) been extremly hard, since if you just typed one letter wrong, you died

hah, when i played runescape, i learned to type a few sentences really fast, since i had to make people join my clan so i could play the runecrafting minigame, i dont think i will go back into the 2015 version though
