GPUs not running same voltage

I got a second R9 270 today. The new one is running 1.188v and the old one is running 1.163v. Can't change voltage settings in Afterburner and the BIOSes are exactly the same. Why are they different?

It differs from chip to chip, there is nothing to worry about, some need more voltage others need less at stock
