I'm upgrading my rig and I have a 600w cooler master power plus powersupply.
I've calculated my wattage on various both Cooler Master  and  extreme power supply calculators and both game me 415 watts, but the New Egg calculator gave me around 815 to 900ish!!!. Do I need a new PSU or am I fine?

Specs

Case- Antec 900 mid tower
CPU- I7-4790k--- (New)
Motherboard- Gigabyte LGA 1150 intel B85 GA-B85M-D3H
GPU- R9 270x 4gb -(New)
Ram- Corsair Vengence 2x8 (16GB) -(New)

The Cooler Master is a poor, inefficient, non-PFC unit. It's more like a ~400w unit. Due to a low power draw of your rig, however, it should be able to power it.

Since you have mostly new components, I would personally suggest getting a newer, better quality PSU; especially, if the PSU had been running in strenuous condition of heavy loads, little airflow, and is filled with dust for an extended period of time.  For something that isn't too expensive, I would recommend something along the lines of the CX430v3, EVGA 500B, Seasonic S12II / M12II Bronze 430w, or the Rosewill Capstone 450w if you want something that is better build. Other options can be recommended if you can provide a link to where you are able to buy from.
