No need to worry, although that Anniversary Edition has so much potential! If you want to squeeze the most out of it - get a better cooler like the CM Hyper 212 and overclock it even further!

EDIT: I have a small build with that CPU and you can def. get it to 4Ghz with a decent aircooler!

Hey :)

I built a pc for my brother with a g3258.

It runs at stock and with the stock intel cooler, is 35° IDLE and 55° under load (Aida64) ok ?

Because i had to change the thermal paste as i changed the motherboard and i couldn't remember the temps it runed at before

That's pretty good temp, you can even fit in some oc with that.

You preferably don't want it at 70-75 or higher for long periods of time though.

55-60 is fine.

I am not sure what "Aida64" is though, if it is a cpu stress testing thing then I don't know why you wouldn't just go with prime 95.

I am not that much into oc'ing and stuff but still.

Those temps are good. Push it until it hits around 70c, these things OC very well. I have mine at 4.7Ghz with a Seidon 120V (cheap AIO around $30) and temps are around 72-75c under load.
