500W PSU under $45

Can you guys suggest a good 500W PSU under $45 (that's my budget for a PSU).

 

Checklist for suggestion:

- Under $45

- Minimum 500W

- At least 80+ wattage

- Mostly black surface

- Tier 3 (or higher) at Toms PSU Tier List

 

NOTE: While EVGA 500B is on sale, I ran out of stock so I need to find another option.

EVGA 80+, as I said, ran out of stock in 70-80% of the stores near here.

yes corsair cx 500 is around 35$in us so it shouldn't be much more expensive
